What is PPACA, and does it impact CDHPs?

PPACA is the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. This legislation, along with the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010, made sweeping changes to the U.S. health care system.

Starting in   2013,  PPACA  limited  the amount of contributions to health FSAs to $2,500 per year if the FSA was paired with a qualified CDHP plan with Health savings account.
