What are the high-deductible health plan requirements for a CDHP structured with a health savings account? What are 2017 numbers?
Out-of-pocket expenses
Health care costs that are not covered by the health insurance plan and are paid by the employee. The Internal Revenue Service sets the maximum limits for out-of-pocket expenses for the high-deductible health plan that is offered with a health savings account. For 2017, the limits are:
Self-only: Not more than $7,150
Family: Not more than $14.300
