What you need to know
If I am enrolled in a CDHP with an HSA, is it also possible to have a limited FSA? Do I need different debit cards/checks for each?
Yes, you can be enrolled in both of these healthcare accounts at the same time. And you are more likely than not to have two different debit cards and/or a combination of debit cards and checkbooks. If you do have a limited FSA, only dental and vision expenses would be deducted from this account, and only if no funds were available from the HSA.
Coaches' Takeaway
Yes, and you will probably have a separate card/checks for each account, as they serve different purposes.
