What if I become eligible for Medicare while currently enrolled in a CDHP?

If a CDHP enrollee is enrolled in Medicare in mid-year, he/she must change health plans. If that change occurs after mid-year, the annual deductible, co-pays, and out-of-pocket maximum will go back to $0.
