What happens to my HSA account if I am no longer enrolled in a CDHP?
The money in your HSA is yours! While you may not continue to contribute to your account, you may continue to use the balance in your account to pay for eligible medical expenses without incurring any penalties. Note, you can NOT continue to contribute to the account if you are not enrolled in a QHDHP.
